Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, from your account — no phone call and no notice period.
Refunds
You can request a refund for any reason, at any time. The one exception: a month whose medication has already been ordered for you is not refundable. If a licensed provider reviews your intake and decides treatment isn't appropriate for you, no medication is ordered, so you are refunded in full.
