Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lumora (“Lumora,” “we,” “us”) handles information on this marketing website. The eligibility check on this site is anonymous: your quiz selections stay in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. Medical intake, identity verification, and payment occur on our healthcare technology partner Healthie’s system, which is governed by its own privacy notice and HIPAA obligations.
Information we collect
- Anonymous eligibility-check responses — your selections stay in your browser and are not sent to our servers or tied to your name.
- Analytics data — standard usage data via cookies and similar technologies (see below).
- Contact details you choose to provide — for example, your name and email address submitted on the results page to create your patient account, or an email submitted for updates.
How we use information
To operate and improve the site, understand how visitors use our eligibility checks, measure advertising performance, and — where you have asked us to — send you updates.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure site usage and advertising performance. These tools set cookies and may share limited data with Google and Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers (analytics and hosting). When you submit your name and email on the results page, we send those details to Healthie, our HIPAA- compliant healthcare technology partner, so they can create your patient account and send you a sign-in link. Each provider is bound by its own obligations, including a Business Associate Agreement with Healthie where applicable.
Your choices
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to make a request.
