Is compounded medication safe?
Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by licensed US compounding pharmacies under a provider’s prescription. They are not FDA-approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are a different finished product from the brand-name drugs. Your provider reviews side effects with you; the most common are nausea, constipation and reduced appetite, usually in the first weeks.
Do I have to inject myself?
You choose at checkout: a once-weekly injection with a small, thin needle, or a daily oral semaglutide tablet. Your provider sets the dose.
Can I cancel?
