Ignite by StaveMD · 4-in-1 performance

One vial. Four things that have to fire.

A single-ingredient pill does one job: blood flow. Desire, speed, strength and stamina are four different jobs, and Ignite puts an ingredient on each.

  1. 01

    The spark

    Apomorphine

    Mechanism
A dopamine agonist that acts centrally, through the nervous system, rather than on blood flow.
    Benefit
Addresses the mental side of arousal — the part a blood-flow-only pill leaves out.
  2. 02

    The flow

    L-Citrulline

    Mechanism
An amino acid the body converts to L-arginine, the raw material for nitric oxide — the signal that relaxes blood vessels.
    Benefit
Supports the blood-flow pathway the PDE5 inhibitors act on.
  3. 03

    The strength

    Sildenafil

    Mechanism
The most-studied PDE5 inhibitor. Increases blood flow in response to stimulation.
    Benefit
The workhorse: firmness when it matters.
  4. 04

    The stamina

    Tadalafil

    Mechanism
    The longest-acting PDE5 inhibitor, with a half-life of roughly 17.5 hours.
    Benefit
Keeps you responsive for up to 36 hours from one dose, so intimacy doesn't have to be scheduled.

The Ignite advantage

Engineered for your body.

Sex doesn’t happen on a schedule. Your treatment shouldn’t either.

Melts in minutes

No more waiting an hour.

Ignite is a rapid-absorb liquid that dissolves under your tongue. Sublingual absorption bypasses the stomach and the liver's first pass, which is why it's designed to reach your bloodstream faster than a swallowed pill.

  • Designed for minutes, not an hour
  • Total, discreet control
  • Nothing to explain

Dinner and performance

Order the steak.

A heavy meal can slow a swallowed sildenafil tablet — it's on the label. Under-the-tongue absorption means you don't have to choose between a great dinner and a great night.

  • Not blocked by food
  • No 'empty stomach' rules
  • Spontaneity, restored

Ready when you are

One dose. All weekend.

With tadalafil on board, one dose doesn't just work for right now — it keeps you responsive for up to 36 hours. No pill-timing anxiety, and ready for a second round.

  • No pill-timing anxiety
  • Lasts all weekend
  • Be ready for round two (or three)

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Ignite?

Ignite is a compounded prescription for erectile function and desire: four active ingredients — sildenafil, tadalafil, L-citrulline and apomorphine — in one rapid-absorb liquid you hold under your tongue. The exact strength of each is set by the prescribing provider and printed on your label. Each dose is its own single-use vial. A licensed provider decides whether it's appropriate for you after reviewing your health history, and a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares it on that prescription.

How is it different from a regular ED pill?

Most ED tablets are a single PDE5 inhibitor you swallow — they work on blood flow, take 30–60 minutes, and a heavy meal can slow them down. This formula combines two PDE5 inhibitors (one fast-acting, one long-acting) and L-citrulline, which supports the body's own nitric oxide, with apomorphine, which acts centrally on arousal rather than on blood flow. Taken under the tongue, it's designed to absorb faster and to keep working for up to 36 hours.

Is it the same as Viagra, Cialis or Levitra?

No. Those are FDA-approved, single-ingredient branded tablets. This is a different finished product: a compounded, multi-ingredient sublingual prepared for you individually on a provider's prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will discuss whether it's a good fit.

How fast does it work, and how long does it last?

It's formulated to dissolve under the tongue and absorb faster than a swallowed tablet — many men take it 15–30 minutes ahead. Tadalafil, the long-acting ingredient, can stay active for up to 36 hours, so one dose can cover the whole weekend. Onset and duration vary from person to person.

How much does it cost?

$119 for a 10-pack of single-dose vials — $12 a dose. That covers the provider review, your prescription, the medication and shipping. No membership fee, no insurance needed, and the full price is shown before you pay.

Who shouldn't take it?

Anyone taking nitrates (for chest pain), riociguat or certain alpha-blockers; men with unstable heart disease, a recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled blood pressure, or severe liver or kidney disease. You must be 21 or older, and men 75 and over are eligible for single-ingredient options only. Your intake asks about all of this, and a licensed provider reviews it before anything is prescribed. Always list every medication you take.

What are the side effects?

The most common are headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion and, with apomorphine, nausea or dizziness. They're usually mild and pass as the dose wears off. Seek care immediately for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden vision or hearing changes. Because this is a compounded medication, its profile may differ from the branded single-ingredient products.

Is it discreet?

Yes. The intake is online, your provider messages you inside your account, and the package is plain with nothing on the outside about what's in it.

What if a provider decides it isn't right for me?

Then no medication is ordered and you're refunded in full. Completing the intake doesn't guarantee a prescription — a licensed provider makes that call.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, with no phone call. You can request a refund for any reason, at any time. The one exception: a month whose medication has already been ordered for you is not refundable. If a licensed provider reviews your intake and decides treatment isn't appropriate for you, no medication is ordered, so you are refunded in full.

Do you also do weight loss?

Yes — compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed the same way, from $169 and $249 a month with the same price at every dose. It's a separate program with its own intake; see the weight-loss plans on our homepage.

Your best performance is one click away.

Your private, three-minute evaluation is the first step. A licensed provider reviews your case — and if it’s not a fit, you’re refunded in full.

StaveMD is a telehealth platform; clinical care is delivered by licensed providers through OpenLoop Health’s clinician network. Ignite is a compounded medication prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy under a provider’s prescription.
